Our practice

Quiet rooms instead of a busy open-plan setup

We treat patients in private, closed-door rooms so you can speak and work undisturbed – even when training is taking place next door.

Treatment rooms

Every treatment takes place behind closed doors: height-adjustable couch, heat applications and space to check movement while standing and walking. We use the same rooms for manual therapy and lymphatic drainage.

Training area

Cable machine, leg press and ergometer are available for equipment-based physiotherapy, along with mats, dumbbells and resistance bands for your exercise programme between appointments.

Reception and waiting area

Here we take in your prescription, clarify co-payment and follow-up appointments, and give you your exercise sheet for home if needed.

Equipment

Treatment continues on the training area

The practice's training area with a cable tower, leg press, ergometer and an exercise mat with small equipment
We use the training area for equipment-based physiotherapy and for rebuilding strength after surgery.

After surgery, with back pain, or when rebuilding strength after a sports injury, the treatment couch alone is not enough. That's why we follow up treatment with guided training – using weights that we determine together and adjust from session to session.

  • Cable tower for shoulder, core and hip
  • Leg press for rebuilding strength after knee and hip surgery
  • Ergometer for warming up and building endurance
  • Mats, dumbbells and resistance bands for your home programme

On-site process

Your journey through our rooms

So you know what to expect at your first appointment in Kiel: from reception to check-out, you'll pass through three separate areas with us – registration, a private treatment room, and the training room for equipment-based physiotherapy. The process below describes who cares for you where and how much time each stage takes.

At reception, please present your prescription and health insurance card. We record the therapy prescription, i.e. the doctor's referral, and check the diagnosis group, the prescribed number of sessions and the latest possible start date for treatment. Privately insured patients are informed here that the invoice will be sent directly to them. For your first visit, please allow around ten minutes beforehand.
